About Me
Sarah is a Hobart-based General Practiciner (GP) and accredited Dietitian with a special interest in gastrointestinal health, weight management, and cardiometabolic health. She is passionate about helping patients improve their long-term health outcomes through practical, evidence-based care that fits with your lifestyle.
With a strong clinical background across both general practice and nutrition, Sarah brings a holistic understanding of how gut health, metabolism, diet, and lifestyle interact. She is particularly interested in conditions such as IBS, coeliac disease, IBD, constipation, and diarrhoea, alongside the broader cardiometabolic risks that often accompany them.
Sarah is approachable, thoughtful, and takes the time to understand each patient’s individual circumstances, challenges, and goals. She works collaboratively, focusing on realistic and sustainable strategies rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.
Her goal is simple: to help patients feel confident about their health, improve their relationship with food and health, and support meaningful, long-term change in gastrointestinal and metabolic wellbeing.
